General Manager & Chief Product Officer

  • Define overall vision and strategy for one of several business units. Expectation is to meet short-term and long-term revenue goals.
  • Develop an attainable and differentiated roadmap by defining and prioritizing commercial initiatives.
  • Sets goals for the team and work cross-functionally to align necessary partners.
  • Determine and guide product (Services and/or Technology) direction. Direct market research to strengthen and validate market and product requirements, product positioning, pricing and packaging.
  • Own business plan development including P&L, pricing strategies, and product bundling development to create compelling end to end customer solutions.
  • Complete monthly periodic project analysis to ensure products are delivered within expectation. Set and execute quality assurance controls with partners.
  • Work with functional groups to produce user-centric experiences and products in a methodical but agile manner, driving constant innovation and improvement of product, process and policy to be competitive.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and industry challenges to identify new or improved product lines and ensure solutions are competitive with available alternatives. Deep understanding of the client verticals to ensure product delivery meets and/or exceeds voice of the customer expectations.
  • Build and strengthen a product commercialization culture within the organization. Mentor, teach, and develop a strong bench of inspired leaders and individual contributors.
  • Use strong communication skills to distill complex business issues and builds consensus across constituencies and passionately evangelizes the BN vision internally and externally.
  • Build a results-oriented culture and set the tone for the necessary start up mentality for the team to be successful. Work to remove obstacles to speed and agility across the business and manage through immense complexity and change.
  • Strongly support and promote BN with both internal and external stakeholders. Be one of BN's ambassadors at industry and client events.
  • Establish and maintain a customer advisory board for your respective product.


  • Deep advertising technology and services experience in the areas of Social Media and Paid Search.
  • Hands on experience working with a digital advertising startup(s) headquartered in the United States, preferably New York City.
  • Leadership experience working in the Indian market.
  • Mobile telecom experience preferred.
  • Strong technical skills including experience as a VP of Engineering or CTO.
  • Proven ability to manage by influence.
  • Understanding and comfort in communicating early and aggressively.
  • Program or Project Management experience, especially cross-functional.
  • Ability to articulate written and verbal points of view to the market and internally.
  • Experience with budgeting, resource management, and P&L management.
