The Engagement Manager will deliver on My Local Social support activities that enable in-store activation with the goal of building an authentic relationship with the local community, with a focus on driving quality social content, usage and reporting insights, and operator support. They are responsible for supporting all end-users of My Local Social as the first point of contact for questions and troubleshooting. The Engagement Manager will also maintain the content provided in My Local Social as directed by key stakeholders in the Walmart Local business.
