Brand Networks is looking for an experienced marketer to contribute to a well-rounded, high-performing, and collaborative team in which everybody owns a distinct part of the marketing pie, and everyone supports everyone else. This role will be hired primarily based on past experience and team dynamic; the job description will be tailored to meet the unique strengths and weaknesses of the candidate.

Marketing Managers at Brand Networks are responsible for the strategic development and implementation of go-to-market strategies associated with the range of products and services that Brand Networks offers to its top-tier clientele. Audiences addressed by Marketing Managers through communications and marketing materials include but are not limited to: prospects, managed services clients, software licensees and users, members of the media, internal user teams, internal engineering teams, and internal revenue teams. The candidate will own and operate key marketing strategies and tactics and collaborate closely with marketing functions including product marketing, content marketing, design, project management, sales enablement, demand generation, marketing leadership, and stakeholders across the company. This role is responsible for managing marketing deliverables from concept to execution with the ultimate goal of fueling Brand Networks growth in partnership with the greater revenue organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary bastion of internal and external communications and marketing best practices, working closely with the VP of Marketing and the Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Set and meet goals for the Marketing team by working cross-functionally to align necessary partners around communications and marketing initiatives.
  • Aid in the definition and implementation of Brand Networks’ go-to-market strategy by participating in one or more standard commercialization processes on a cross-functional team.
  • Strongly influence the voice of the brand, cadence of communications, and overarching messaging strategy related to corporate and product communications.
  • Drive or participate in internal process improvements to ensure the delivery of high quality communication with all internal and external audiences.
  • Lead or assist in the analysis of marketing performance, primarily using Excel and Google Sheets, but also using tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, MixPanel, and others.
  • Participate in or drive the analysis of business data meant to help the team derive key insights about our prospects, clients, and product-market fit.
  • Contribute to or lead the development of thought leadership content meant to win mindshare and establish trust for Brand Networks at large.
  • Lead or assist in the development of other marketing content including but not limited to campaign components like ads, landing pages, emails, and general communications like product update emails and organic social posts.
  • Participate in or own the development and delivery of public relations strategies and tactics to support the company’s growing reputation among enterprise digital marketers and marketing leaders.
  • Use strong communication skills to distill complex business issues and build consensus across constituencies internally.
  • Passionately evangelize the Brand Networks vision internally and externally.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • BS/BA in marketing, communications, mathematics, economics, psychology or other marketing-related field.
  • Strong background in communications, corporate marketing, product marketing, or marketing analysis.
  • Experience managing a team or marketing SaaS products is a plus.
  • Desired Skills:
  • Experience with social advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, or Snapchat Ads Manager is a plus.
  • Experience with organic social marketing and search engine optimization tools like Hootsuite, SproutSocial, Moz, or SEMrush is a plus.
  • Experience with paid search advertising tools like Google AdWords Manager or Wordstream is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Eloqua, or Marketo is a plus.
  • Experience with standard marketing analytics and business intelligence tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, and Looker is a plus.
  • Competence with programming concepts and experience with a language such as SQL, MATLAB, R, Python, Java, Scala, or C++, is a plus.
